Description

This 268 famous waterfall is found in Washington, It's one the state's most popular scenic attractions. The water level was low on the day I visited but it can range from 50 to 150 feet wide. There is an interesting hike to the base of the falls to get a closer look too. I wanted to paint the falls to try to capture the movement of rushing water.

It's always fun to see artwork of a place I've been to. When my daughter was young we once stopped their on a cool fall day and enjoyed the view and walk to the base. It wasn't fenced in then. We lunched on chili which they used to serve at the gift shop. Good luck with your art.
